The Production Coordinator at VisKefi plays the most important role in relaying information between multiple pipelines and departments. You will be the first to initiate production workflows and processes alongside the VFX Producer. Primary emphasis would be on scheduling, artist anagement and achieving timely targets. This role needs you to be efficient in maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses, in coordinating dailies and taking detailed notes, and ensuring the flow of materials to and from the client. The Production Coordinator will initially help to build and maintain the company 'production Wiki' with workflows and best practices plus assist with the set up of other office systems. Then, as production begins on one of the exciting upcoming projects (commercials, episodic and film) the role will require coordination throughout the VFX pipeline in supporting the production and supervision team, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.
You will be responsible for:
? Communication between the VFX Supervisor and the artists, ensuring that they understand their schedule of
? Relaying information back to the production and supervision team.
? Coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and other departments.
? Maintaining the database with current element and shot statuses.
? Coordinating dailies and taking detailed notes.
? Ensuring the flow of materials to and from the client.
? At least 1 year experience working in a post production studio as a coordinator
? Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
? Extensive experience working with Shotgrid (formerly Shotgun)
? Aptitude for learning new softwares
? Knowledge of FTP software is a bonus
? Specific knowledge/experience within the animation department is a bonus!
? HTML / Wiki skills
? Passionate about film
