Production Coordinator

Job Description

Production coordinators at VisKefi plays the most important role in relaying information between multiple pipelines and departments. Primary emphasis would be on scheduling, artist management and achieving timely targets. This role needs you to be efficient in maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses, in coordinating dailies and taking detailed notes, and ensuring the flow of materials to and from the client.

Key Responsibilities

Communicating with artists, supervisors and leads for clearing dependencies.
Scheduling efficiently within multiple departments.
Providing accurate reports to Show Line Producer/ Producer or Production Manager.
Keep a track of client deliverables.
Attending dailies and noting down notes and passing ahead to the artists.
Ensuring that the production targets are met daily.
Maintaining timesheets and attendance for artists.
Coordinate with Leads and supervisors for departmental bidding.
Perform some special duties based on project requirements.
Juggle between multiple projects for resource and crew allocation
Anticipating any delays about work and flagging them to managers and line producers

Must have

Excellent Communication Skills
Proven production experience in managing VFX and CG pipelines.
Experience with Microsoft office, particularly excel.
Email communication skills.
Attention to Detail
Ability to adapt new technology and learning new software.
Knowledge of FTP and Aspera
Diploma/ Degree in the relevant field.
A calm, open and Positive attitude.
Passion for work and must be ready to take ownership.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Shotgrid (Formerly Shotgun)
