Job Description

Development and creation of high-quality characters and props for pre-render movies and in-game animation.


  • Ensuring a productive and efficient workflow for the art team through excellent internal and external communication.
  • Balance quality and efficiency of the team to gain the best possible results within in the given time frame and technical constraints.
  • Prioritize and manage the art team’s tasks to ensure delivery in time and quality
  • Create and maintain guidelines for optimized workflows and technical asset creation rules for the team
  • Create high quality models and textures defining the quality benchmarks for the art team.

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working as 3d modeler and texture artist
  • Strong understanding of the film production pipeline.
  • Experience in digital sculpting, modeling, UV mapping.
  • Understanding of mesh topology and edge loops.
  • High level of artistic skills, strong sense of design.
  • Knowledge of anatomy - proportions, muscle and skeletal structures
  • Understanding of form, shape language and color
  • Ability to work from reference materials such as photography or concept art
  • Ability to meet dead lines
  • Knowledge of blend shapes would be a plus.
